Otilia Choi
Otilia is the CEO of HKP&ASSOCIATES Pte. Ltd.
Otilia is the CEO of HKP & Associates Pte Ltd and also in charge of the firm's defence practices. Prior to establishing HKP & Associates, she was a researcher at the Center for Security&Strategy in Korea Institute for Defence Analysis, an government organisation under the Ministry of Defence focusing on analysing strategic security enviornments and providing solutions for national security strategy and defence policy and directions.
She also has extensive experience in shipping and commodities trading with a particular focus on oil & gas, energy and power indistires.
Otilia studied at Ehwa Womans University (LLB, LLM).
Teng Chen Shun
Chen Shun is a Singapore director of HKP&
ASSOCIATES Pte. Ltd. and currently the Group Strategy & Corporate Affairs Manager of WWRC Group. WWRC Group is a Pan-Asian Chemical Distributor, with a presence in 16 Asian Cities.
As Group Strategy Manager, Chen Shun is in charge of charting the future growth of the Group through overseas expansion, JV/partnerships and M&A. In addition, Chen Shun is also a Venture Partner at RHL Ventures - a multi-family private investment firm.
Prior to joining WWRC Group, Chen Shun worked in banking at Citibank and OCBC. Chen Shun graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a First Class Honors Degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Materials Engineering).
Joseph Jongtae Choi
Joseph is a consultant of HKP&ASSOCIATES Pte. Ltd. and currently an professor emeritus of Seoul National University
He was a professor, dean of Seoul National University Business School and research director of labor-management relations, president of professor association in Seoul National University.
In terms of Academic societies he was a president of Korea Academic Society of Business Administration, Korean Academy of Organization and Management, Korea Labor and Employment Relations Association, Korea Productivity Association.
Regarding Public Service he was a chairman of Minimum Wage Commission and Economic ,Social & Labor Council as a presidential advisory body(ministerial level).
With respect to private sector He has run several projects about Human Resource and was a indepedant director, consultant in the major companies like SK, HYUNDAI, POSCO, NONGSIM, DONGWON etc.
Youngmin Daniel Lee
He is a Singapore partner of HKP&ASSOCIATES Pte. Ltd.
and the CEO of Nemo Partners ASIA Pte. Ltd.,
a global founding partner of Nemo Partners Group
He started Nemo Partners with several partners in 2000. Since then, he has committed more-than-18-year long career to expanding it into a variety of services such as strategy, people/organization, operation/cost reduction, HRD, IT, market research, etc., and growing it into one of the biggest and the most successful consulting firms in Korea.
Among various consulting experiences, years of experiences in M&A deals for named investors cover important part of his careers. He has been involved in more than 100 M&A cases as an investment advisor and has honed his expertise covering a wide range of areas such deal sourcing/structuring, due-diligence, investment strategy, post-merger integration, etc..
He has in-depth understanding and hands-on experiences about ICT, Media & Entertainment, FMCG, F&B, Retail, and Manufacturing. He has worked with successful global PEs such as Blackstone, Morgan Stanley, Carlyle, CVC, Bain Capital, Standard Charted PE, Anchor, TPG, and CCMP, and with multi-national companies such as Nike, Samsung, KT, CJ, SK, IKEA, AMWAY, BASF, Microsoft, and Disney.
He studied Seoul National University and INSEAD. Before Nemo Partners, he used to be a part of CJ E&M Corp and Samsung Life Insurance.
Kyung Suk Kevin Yang
Kevin is a Singapore partner of HKP&ASSOCIATES Pte. Ltd. and the CEO of Astrum Consulting and Advisory Pte. Ltd.
He started Astrum Consulting and Advisory in 2015. Before starting Astrum Consulting and Advisory, he had worked for top tier Law Firm of Korea, Kim&Chang / Shin&Kim as a Korean registered lawyer.
Among various experiences, years of experiences in Financing Projects for named institutions cover important part of his careers. He has been involved in more than 100 Financing projects as a lawyer or an advisor and has honed his expertise covering a wide range of areas such deal sourcing, structuring, due-diligence, documentation, negotiation, etc..
He has in-depth knowledge about shipping, aviation, infra structure and oil & gas. He has worked with successful global Companies such as KOGAS, BoComm Leasing, Bluewater, KDB, KEXIM, Shinhan Financial Investment Corporation, Woori Bank, etc.
He studied at Seoul National University and Judicial Research and Training Institution of Supreme Court of Korea. He is a qualified lawyer of Korea and passed US CPA exam.
Henry (Jun Hong) Kim
Henry is a Singapore partner of HKP&ASSOCIATES Pte. Ltd.
and a member of the energy, infrastructure and resources practice group in K&L Gates Straits Law LLC. He is also a member of Special Committee
(Strategy & Policy Committee) at Asia Water Council.
With more than 15 years of experience, Henry advises on a broad spectrum of energy, mining, LNG and oil and gas matters including, among other projects; power plant, smelter and refinery construction project; oil and gas exploration and commercialization, LNG offtake, LNG pipelines, FLNGs, FSRUs and terminal facilities, oil and gas storage facilities, infrastructure development; electric power sale and distribution and energy asset sales and disposal.
His primary practice also extends to shipping and oil and gas trading, with substantial experience in ship S&P and associated financing, and he has considerable experience in cross-border M&A, joint ventures, real estate as well as equity capital markets.
He read law at the University of Southampton and is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.

He has personally transacted over $300Million in Value of Properties in Landed, Private Condo, Offices Buying, Selling and Renting by having a strong competence in restructuring of property portfolio to make assets work harder for his clients.
He is passionate about helping to grow his client’s wealth and knows the importance of investing in property and growing’s one’s wealth in a moderate way.
Cheong Kwan (Teddy) Kim
Teddy is a Korea partner of HKP&ASSOCIATES Pte. Ltd. He is a South Korea born and trained Orthopaedic Surgeon.
His areas of expertise lie in Knee, Hip, Sports Injuries, and Joint Reconstruction.
Dr Kim is the managing director of Balsan Orthopaedic clinic and prior to this, he was on the clinical faculty of Orthopaedics at Soon Chun Hyang General Hospital.
Dr Kim is a member of the Korean Orthopaedic Association, Korean Arthroscopy Society, Korean Knee Society and Korean Shoulder and Elbow Society. He is also an attending surgeon of ALLFC and consults SBS CNBC, NAVER and Golf Guide.
Dr Kim was a medical company commander at the special forces No. 9 and studied at Seoul National University graduate school.
